Why your game reward did not track: what to check
A missing credit does not always mean that the task is lost. First reconstruct the offer conditions and the installation path, then give the platform useful evidence for support.
Was this a first install?
Many game offers only credit a device that has never had the game installed before. If you played it months ago, or restored it from a backup, the advertiser may still see it as a returning player.
Did you use one device and account?
Starting an offer on one device and finishing it on another, or switching between reward accounts, usually breaks the chain the advertiser uses to attribute your progress.
Was tracking or permission blocked?
A VPN, a private browser, an ad blocker, or a denied advertising permission can prevent the install from being linked to your click. Check what was active at the moment you started.
Was the deadline and milestone met?
Offers state an exact objective and a time limit. Reaching a level that looks equivalent, or finishing a few hours late, does not qualify — compare your progress with the wording of the offer itself.
Evidence that helps support
- Save the offer name, objective, reward, deadline, and any first-install condition.
- Record the date and time you installed the game and reached the milestone.
- Keep a screenshot of the milestone or in-game confirmation, with private information hidden.
- Use the platform's official support form and describe one missing task at a time.
Avoid the common traps
Do not use a VPN or location spoofing, switch between accounts, or assume that a reinstall will restore attribution. If an offer requires a purchase, keep the receipt but assess the cost before proceeding. A pending review can take time; do not promise yourself a payout until the platform marks the reward as credited.
